Upon receipt of payment, standard orders can take up to 3 working days to process depending on the availability of the ingredients. Large quantities may take longer.

Once dispatched, Standard UK deliveries usually take 2-4 working days but can occasionally take a little longer during busy periods. We will send you an email once your order has been dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of you placing the order, please contact us at info@simplyami.com.

As a small business, we are currently limited in our ability to absorb postage and packaging costs. We do offer free UK shipping on orders over £30. Our shipping fees are:
