Are all your products natural?

Yes, we don’t use any parabens, Mineral Oil, DEA, petroleum, formaldehyde, propylene, sodium polyacrylate, silicones, lanolin, fillers or any other harsh chemicals in our products. Where necessary we use eco preservatives, which are very mild. 

Why does the product’s consistency or colour differ from my previous order or the image online?

We use natural and organic ingredients with no harmful chemicals. Due to the nature of the ingredients, the consistency, colour  and scent may differ.

Do you specially formulate or customise products for customers?

Most of our products are handmade so we are happy and able to customise or formulate products to meet your individual need or preference. However, this may be at an additional charge. Just drop us a message at info@simplyami.com to tell us exactly what you want.

Are your products Vegan-friendly?

 All of our products except for the Shea Butter Mix are vegan-friendly

We are based in London, United Kingdom

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship to countries within Europe.

How much is shipping?

As a small business, we are currently limited in our ability to absorb postage and packaging costs. We do offer free UK shipping on orders over £45.  Alternatively, our shipping fees are:

Standard -£4.20

Europe

Standard up to 1kg -£13.50

Standard up to 2 kg – 15.50

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due the the current pandemic standard UK deliveries are taking longer than usually. Please allow up to 10 working days after postage and up to 20 working days for the rest of Europe. 

What if my order is damaged upon delivery?

We try our very best to ensure that all orders arrive in good condition, however, if there is a breakage or damage to your order please notify us within 3 working days of delivery.  We will either process a refund or send a new item out.
